Strengthening Families Together, a 10-session group for families and friends,

provides information, skill building and support.

You will learn about:

• Getting help early and recovering
• Treatment and Supports
• Coping with challenges of daily living
• Finding your way through the mental health system
• The importance of taking care of yourself, too.
