A ten-week program for families - this includes parents,
spouses, adult siblings, adult children, and friends
of people with schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder,
and obsessive compulsive disorder.
Each session is filled
with up-to-date information about serious
mental illness. Learn self-care, communication,
and coping skills in a supportive environment.
Program to start Monday, September 15, 2008
7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the CMHA Office
Armouries Building, Kentville
