Strengthening Families Together
A ten-week program for families (this includes parents, spouses, adult siblings, adult children) and friends of people with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
Each session is filled with up-to-date information about serious mental illness. Learn self-care, communication, and coping skills in a supportive environment.
